Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for the holistic overview of changes within logistics and support the transformation of our function to become more dynamic and customer centric. Furthermore, you will:
Identify key dependencies, coordinate and ensure the totality of different changes in relation to logistics
Be responsible for keeping together timeline, key decisions, main deliverables and actions for the different changes
Support and coordinate the transformation of Logistics; organizational optimization, development of new ways of working, upskilling and mindset shift and cultural evolvement
Represent Logistics in cross-functional collaborations and various change forums
Ensure to always keep our customers and colleagues in mind through changes
Qualifications
To be successful in the role we believe you have proven experience of developing and leading business projects – you are a strong project leader with the ability to create structure in a complex environment.
- Change management experience
- Strong Leadership experience
- Proven strong communication and motivational skills
Experience within the HR area is valuable and an international experience would be a plus.
And as a person we believe you are an action-oriented team player who loves to connect with people, build business insight and know how to navigate in a complex environment. You are strong in execution, a quick learner and enjoy high pace. We also believe you are structured and organized, still agile and flexible and able to prioritize and adjust at any time. Your communication skills are excellent, you have the ability to deliver key messages in a simple way and are able to engage and activate people.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position within the Global Logistics function. You will become part of the Global Logistics HR team and report directly to Head of Logistics HR. This role is placed in Borås or Stockholm, but other places in Sweden could be considered.
