Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize and further develop your change management skills? Then the role as Change Leader at Release Office is the place for you to prosper. Together we innovate our ways of working in support of our technology targets and enable Volvo Cars to meet the future. Our products are electrified, connected and autonomous and frequently enhanced. 

You will drive change right in the heart of the transformation of our WoW. You will deploy new processes and carefully phase out the obsolete while continuously delivering value to the customers. You will be addressing the need to clarify, simplify, and educate in our constantly evolving development system. 

What You’ll Do
The change and Improvement team is responsible for the two of Volvo Cars most important frameworks: Master Value Flow (MVF) and Volvo Product Development System (VPDS). You will work with continuous development and deployment support of MVF and/or VPDS according to the Continuous Improvement Model. You will contribute to harmonization of SW and HW development processes into a new next-generation automotive development process. 

You will be the process owner of the framework testing area with the responsibility for content accuracy over time. In collaboration with different disciplines, you will evolve framework roadmap and corresponding work backlog. You will manage the workflow for the framework and sync with other related frameworks.

Your focus will be to drive improvement and change initiatives, practice value stream mapping, root cause analysis, problem-solving workshops and retrospectives. You will continuously learn and share your knowledge to enable teams to adhere to latest best practices in diverse workflows.

You and Your Skills
We are looking for you who have experience fromtransformation of test methods and tools in line with complex products evolution. You are used to scaling test requirements and providing test strategy models in harmony with Continuous Integration methodology. You have experience from SW Continuous Integration. 

You have the ability to understand the company vision and identify which steps that we need to take in order to reach the overall aim. You are a collaborative, curious, structured and result-oriented team player. But also, a servant leader that creates prerequisites for teams to move fastest possible in a sustainable manner towards the common objectives. 

We are a global team and communication will be a crucial part of your work, which means that the minimum language requirements are excellent Swedish and English verbal and in writing.
