The Global Electrolux Talent Program is a proactive initiative that brings together young talent from diverse functions and global offices within Electrolux. This programme is for those who are interested in a global, practical experience in an intercultural environment with the aim of securing global employment opportunities within the company after a successful completion of the internship.
Change Management Coordinator – Stockholm, Sweden
By reporting to the Change Management Lead in HR, the Change Management Coordinator will deliver tasks to drive adoption in close collaboration with project teams. You will work on global projects in a truly diverse environment. You will work with end users across business areas and functions to coordinate and innovate change management.
A typical day at work:
As a member of the Group HR Project Management Office and the Digital HR team, you will:
• Apply a structured change management approach to drive adoption, competence and sustainable outcomes of various change initiatives led by Group HR & Communications
• Analyze the impact of change and the status quo
• Coordinate and support change management activities such as communication, training, leadership engagement in collaboration with the project team
• Train change agents and equip them with tools
• Define success metrics associated with adoption and monitor these
• Continuously improve our methodology and toolbox for change management
• Support in building competence around change management in our function

The service requires:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 0-3 years of work experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Great interest in HR, people experience, user experience and behavioral science
• Ability to work in a complex environment where you need to influence without formal qualifications
• Communication skills to interact with people at different levels of the organization
• Continuous improvement experience or interest
• Excellent English written and oral
• Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
