The client is looking for a Change Management Expert to join their Digital Transformation. They are a diverse team accelerating business transformations passionate about superior customer experience and outstanding operational execution.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Good understanding and experience with organizational change methodologies, models and tools and how to apply them.
- Track record of balancing broad enterprise change strategies with pragmatic on the ground solutions that increase institution of desired change efforts
- A knack for excelling in fast-paced environments with uncertain context
- Business acumen and a consultative approach with an ability to identify key messages in complex environments


Preferred personal qualities:

- An experimenter, preferring progress over perfection.
- Results oriented
- A good problem solver, especially in ambiguous situations, with an eye for the end-to-end perspective.
- Organized with proven strength in planning strategy and tactics.
- A leader who will enable the organization to accelerate transformation in the face of disruption, to have resilience throughout the change curve, and to realize their goals.
