Job Description
Now we are looking for a Change Management Lead to our global client in Stockholm. You will be part of the finance function. The rapidly changing market requires adaptability in the Finance function to be able to quickly provide the support needed in a fast-paced changing environment. Finance will be adapting to this new environment and transformation will be a large part of our client’s future and current way of working. Change is the operative word in all transformations and as such we are looking for a change manager that can help them successfully make the necessary changes in behavior and ways of working in the finance organization.

Main tasks will be:
• Act as the Change Management workstream lead in the project and working closely with the
PMO and Communications stream lead.
• The continual development and updating of a change management approach/plan for the
project.
• Continually assess and identify key impacted stakeholders and drive initiatives that enable
change working closely with internal stakeholders such as Internal Communications, project
managers, workstream leads and more
• Make everything come together by playing a key “spider in the web” role, always advising and
coaching with the change agenda in mind. This includes always keeping the end target state
and the required behaviors in mind.
• Identifying, and coordinating training required in order to facilitate the necessary change in
ways of working and behaviors.
• Continually measuring change to secure business value and assessing the change climate.
• Building leadership and ownership of business outcomes.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2022-03-21, with possible extension.
