As a Change Manager at Saab, it is important that you have the ability to build trust, be communicative and together with your colleagues drive change!

Your role

Your main tasks will be to receive customer needs in our IT Service Management System, enhance customer orders, be the connection between customer and technicians, coordinate, prioritize customer needs and manage them to the team. You will also be working with assignments (smaller projects) to support technicians to implement larger changes in our IT-systems.

You will be a part of a team with at least one more Change Manager. Together you will meet new assignments that demands creativity and support each other in learning and finding new ways.

You will:

* Together with coordinators at the customer, be responsible for service windows, patching routines and changes from a mutual yearly plan.
* Continuously be responsible for coordination of planned IT-changes together with the team, customer and their IT-activities.
* Work as a contact between all parties concerning changes in the IT-systems we are responsible for.
* Continuously monitor new, ongoing and closed changes and secure that all IT changes are handled in accordance with the current change process (ITIL).

As Change Manager at ITIP it is important to see and ensure your colleagues well-being by customize the work load in accordance with every individual's ability. You work for continuous improvement of our routines and processes and bring suggestions to, and enforces improvements where possible.

You are based in Linköping but travel within Sweden, other Saab sites, will occur.

Your profile

You find it easy to switch between work tasks and put concentration where the need is largest at each moment, even though focus is on your and your team's long term goals. You work in a team where you learn from each other and help each other. You meet other people with respect and understanding, since a large part of your work tasks are meeting and working with customers and technicians.

Experience from project management, change management, operational improvement and team leading is a plus.

You can communicate your needs, reflections and improvement suggestions to your colleagues and customers.

As a person, you are a problem solver, create relationships and take responsibility.

You have an understanding for basic ITIL, IT terms and a will to learn.

You can speak and write Swedish and English.

You have relevant education and experiences that can be of benefit for the position.

The position is full-time and based in Linköping. We will fill the position on April 30th at the latest, interviews will be held continuously during the application period. The job advertisement can be removed at an earlier date if we have moved on the signing phase.

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
