Change Manager

We need to strengthen the group Operations Excellence with a Change Manager. This is a key role in Operations and instrumental for our planned work to be carried out successfully. It is a role where you collaborate with large parts of the organization and will establish many interesting contacts.



This is the job

As a Change manager, you will, among other things, work with and be responsible for;
Coordination and approval of planned works in our support systems.
Check for any conflicts with other planned works.
Ensure that information about planned works is sent to affected parties.
Work with follow-up and statistics related to planned works.
Participate in follow-up meetings and forums regarding planned works.
Work with improvements and simplifications of working methods and tools.
Support the organization with change expertise.





What you have


To be successful in this role we belive that you have;
Basic understanding of telecommunications and data communications and television.
Good knowledge in English, both orally and in writing.
Experience of services and systems in telecommunications and data communications is an advantage.
Experience of BMC ITSM is an advantage.
Experience of ServiceNow is an advantage.
