You will be based at Electrolux HQ in Stockholm at Kungsholmen. Our Headquarters in Stockholm is an amazing and unique place to work and grow! Over 1000 professional and 75+ nationalities shape living for the better every day.
The Change Manager will be assigned for a role in one of the key transformation programs in the BA Europe area and will be responsible for operational change management activities and deliverables. This position will drive, coordinate and support communication, training activities and change impact assessment activities at a central and country level and work closely with the both the central and local project teams.
​Your main tasks:
• Responsible to organize, coordinate, follow-up and deliver operational change management activities in the program
• Create and launch communication materials to be used at a central level
• Organize key user training, including scheduling, preparation of the trainers, training material, user access, training logistics, facilitation of sessions and closely follow-up the execution
• Support training and communication activities in the Continuous Improvement stream and releases as needed
• Support the rollout of learning courses in eLucid via communication and reporting
• Coordinate and drive other support other activities as required from program perspective such as lessons learned surveys, organizing events and farewells, etc
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills at different levels
• Be communicative, high-energy, enthusiasm, self-motivated and delivery focused
• Hands-on, ready to take operational tasks
• Strong ability to adapt to situations and deal with uncertainty
• Able to gain trust quickly and to build long term relationships with the stakeholders
• Quick learner and not afraid of learning new processes and tools
• Experience in project and change management is a plus
