The position
As a Change Manager at Cambio you will ensure changes to our IT services are appropriately reviewed and approved, in terms of their effectiveness to meet technical and business requirements and planned and carried out with minimal risk and impact in order to deliver a quality service to our internal and external customers.
The Change Manager will be responsible for continuing the transformation of our existing Change Management capability from being software focused to that of an enterprise-scale managed service provider.
As a member of the new Change Management function, there will be an opportunity to build the team, establish and develop the process as well as innovating the way the organization interacts with the Change Management process.
Change Management capability including (but not limited to):
- Creation of a robust Change Management process flow and associated Standard Operating Procedures
- Evaluating change requests to identify, analyze and document potential risks or issues, and apportion actions accordingly
- Chairing CABs and facilitating eCABs
- Reviewing and approving all IT changes
- Engaging with other process owners and managers to assure effective internal and customer engagement
- Embedding the process into the Cambio organization
- Establishing, monitoring, and reporting quality measures
- Continuously improving the process

About you

Requirements
- 3+ years’ work experience in the role of Change Manager in a managed service environment or gained similar knowledge by close collaboration or interaction with the change management process
- Solid understanding of ITIL change management process
- Experience from working in an ITSM tool
- Great communication skills in both Swedish and English since it will be used in the daily work
- Experience working in an international environment
It's a bonus if you
- Are familiar with ITIL 4 and Change Enablement
- Have been operating in an international enterprise organization
- Have experience from other ITIIL processes
- Have experience from Jira ITSM tool (JSM)
- Have experience from a Product and Service provider within the health care sector
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping
