The Group Sales organization at Ericsson owns the strategy development, and prioritizes the improvement roadmap, for customer experience and global sales.
We are now looking for a person who will join our team of Global Change Managers. The team secures that we maximize the value from our developed Sales capabilities with focus on adoption of ways of working, of the sales process and of supporting tools. To do this we work together with a Global Change Network of appointed Market Area Change Drivers.
The role is based in Kista, Sweden reporting to the Head of Global Sales Workforce.

What you will do
Be overall responsible for organizational change assessment, plan and activities for an initiative to ensure adoption and usage of the digital solutions and capabilities developed and enabled by our product teams.
Interact with stakeholders in Market Areas and Business Areas to diagnose change needs and facilitate change
Plan and implement strategic and tactical communication to target groups
Improve and develop a common and compelling vision for adoption as well as a deployment and adoption plan
Recognize and accommodate diverse regional and organizational needs in change strategies

You will bring

Experience in Sales roles and or Commercial Management roles
Results oriented
Expressive and eloquent; A creative communicator, making excellent content and being comfortable presenting in front of groups and executives
A good problem solver, especially in ambiguous situations, with an eye for the end-to-end perspective
Organized with proven strength in planning strategy and tactics
Developer of effective partnerships and relationships with all levels
Self-managed; committed to achieving desired outcomes (i.e. value, quality, speed, cost)

Qualifications
To be successful in the role we believe that you must have;
+3 years of relevant ICT experience
Good understanding and experience with organizational change methodologies, models and tools and how to apply them. PROSCI methodology is an advantage.
Experience from working in a Sales or Sales support organization, preferably B2B
A teammate with problem solving, organization and communication skills.
High capacity to learn quickly and to implement
