Ideally, you will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ. However, we are open for the role to be based in other European locations, in proximity to main Electrolux hubs.

To make the collaboration between IT and the business even closer and more effective we are now looking for a Change Manager to support Transformation programs within Europe. In this role you will have the overall responsibility to plan and coordinate change management activities as communication plans, change impact assessment and training initiatives. You will support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications between IT and business teams (leadership, SMEs, business process owners, key users and end users). The Change Manger provides highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance through key transformation initiatives.
Success in the position requires innovative thinking, delivering new ideas that add value to the projects and initiatives driving transformation in Europe. You are constantly challenging the status quo, driving continuous improvement and striving for a visible, measurable benefit from every action. You must also develop close working relationships with key stakeholders in the Clusters as well as with the functions and teams within Electrolux IT and Central Business Functions.
Responsibilities
Work with multiple stakeholders at all levels to support business transformation activities
Define and organize training programs and communication approaches
Follow-up towards business transformation deliverables and milestones, project progress reports and join Steering Committees when required
Follow-up on change impact assessment, business cutover, user acceptance test and post go-live support for transformation programs
Manage risks and issues associated to change management activities
Own and develop Electrolux Change Management toolkit
Build up excellent relationships within IT organization, central business stakeholders and in the clusters affected by transformation programs

Qualifications
You hold a university degree and have at least 5 years previous experience in business-facing roles with Account Manager responsibility.
Excellent communicator and business relationship builder at all levels
Strong interpersonal skills building high performing cross collaborating teams
Strong planning, communication and presentation skills
Ability to use initiative and able to apply multiple solutions to business problems
Strong range of analytical skills and attention to detail
Sound commercial, organizational and time management skills
· Ability to influence and persuade a variety of audiences up to senior management level
Ability to work in an international environment
Able to deal with uncertainty
High energy and enthusiasm, self-motivated
Able and willing to travel as required
