Description

The client is seeking for a Project Manager to assist in the People Operations Transformation.

Work tasks:

- Lead a value delivery team in People Operations Transformation (POT).
- Lead the solution design in SAP SuccessFactors for Job Architecture, Organizational Management, Position Management and Employee Administration in close coordination with the POT Transformation Partner.
- Supervise team and progression on work stream deliverables.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing SAP Succesfactors.
- Extensive knowledge in solution design of Job Architecture, Organisation.
- Ability to combine business and IT knowledge.


Preferred personal qualities:

- Ability to combine business and IT knowledge.
- Knowledge in project management, methods and tools.
- Facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities.
