You’ll be part of the project leadership team in E.ON Nordics and in your role will lead a cross-functional team of change agents to assist with the change management process. This team includes representatives from Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, IT, HR, and other relevant departments and stakeholders.
Your responsibility includes, but is not limited to:
Driving the change journey during the SAP S/4 Hana implementation
Develop a clear and consistent communication strategy to keep project members and stakeholders informed throughout the project. Highlight the benefits of the new system and address any concerns within the organization.
Asses with the team of change agents the skill gaps within the organization and equip employees with the necessary skills to use the new system effectively.
Ensure that all relevant processes, procedures, and documentation are updated to reflect the new system.
Work in close cooperation with the local project manager and the Central S/4 United team and their Change managers to learn and benefit from their expertise about effective communication activities and training tools
Recognize and celebrate milestones and successes throughout the implementation process to maintain enthusiasm and progress.
Note that this position is a fixed term contract until spring 2026. Hopefully you see this project as an opportunity to make an impact and not the end of your E.ON journey, as we are keen to find new opportunities for the right candidate after this fixed term contract.
This position is preferably located in Malmö, but Stockholm is also an option. Limited traveling will be required, especially for locations outside of our Nordic headquarters in Malmö.
Your experience
For this position we are open for candidates with different background and competencies, as the role itself spans across varying areas across our Nordic and partly global organization. A background from e.g., Finance or Procurement is beneficial, but more important is a genuine ability to understand processes, systems, and pain points to help shape and influence a fit for purpose implementation. You need to have experience from change management or larger IT projects as well as a good understanding of SAP. Finally, you are also comfortable in communicating on any organizational level in Swedish and English.
We are looking for a person that is bold and dares to challenge status quo. We have embarked on this journey to change and need you to lead us in how we can and should change. You inspire your environment with your innovative and motivating leadership and thrive when you deliver upon your stakeholder’s expectations.
