Our team Nordic Support is the backbone of Incident & Problem handling together with Change & Release with continuously focus on IT Service Management.
You are part of the transformation towards a lean-agile way of working and will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You have a close collaboration with Agile Release Trains to ensure highest possible stability through release security and ability to recover and contribute on the journey towards Release on Demand. You will coordinate with Product Management, Release Train Engineers and Product Owners for implementing changes in the IT environment of PostNord.
You have what it takes
We expect that you have several years of experience from working as a Change Manager in an international IT organization. Nordic Support is a support function, so we value that you are service-minded and have strong diplomatic skills. You have experience in building and maintaining strong successful business relationships. You have an academic background within the IT-area or have an equivalent knowledge from working within IT. You are well-oriented in ITIL and Service Management and have relevant courses and certifications. You have thorough knowledge of the Change and Release Management processes. You must have high verbal and written English skills since it is our working language.
As a person, you are driven, collaborative, communicative and confident with strong self-esteem and a good ability to build relationships. Your way of working is structured and delivery oriented. Your personal suitability will be highly valued in the selection process.
