Job Description
We are now looking for a Change Manager to our client in the tech industry. Our client is transforming to shape their future Finance function. This transformation includes everything from changes in business processes, systems (BI), job roles, ways of working, mindset, and organizational structures. The intent is to create a strong value driven organization through the concept of Business Partnering. The Business Partnering concept sets out to support the clients business with key insights to drive and optimize business performance with real-time decision making. This starts with creating a strong foundation. A foundation of efficient and effective accounting and financial reporting and totally new ways of working, around working processes, digitalization, standardization, and centralization. And Change Management will play a key role in ensuring that the transformation meets objectives by facilitating employee adoption and usage.
Your main tasks will be to drive the change management activities for BA Europe in alignment with the general Change Management approach and plan in close cooperation with the Change management team. For exampel: Identify and assess the local impact of change. Support sponsors with the identification of key stakeholders needed to support the transformation. Suggest activities to reach support and collaboration with key stakeholders within BA. Support sponsors with Planning and execution of activities.

Salary
Salary as agreed.

Part time position (80%) office hours. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and is expected to run until 2022-12-27.
