Job Description
To our global tech customer we are looking for a Change Manager to be assigned to one of the key transformation programs at our customer, which belongs to the IT Project Management Office. This role will be responsible for operational change management activities and deliverables and work together with a Change Manager. This position will coordinate, execute and support communication, training activities and change impact assessment activities at a central and country level and work closely with the both the central and local project teams.

To fit for this role, we believe that you have excellent communication skills at different levels, are self-motivated and delivery focused in your work. Also, you have a strong ability to adapt to situations and deal with uncertainty and is able to gain trust quickly and to build long term relationships with the stakeholders.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run for 6 months with possibility of extension.
