The Strategy, Communication & Digital Transformation function is instrumental in creating meaningful, relatable, and actionable connections to our transformation, by developing and orchestrating the Digital & IT strategic direction, the digital transformation, and the change journey ahead of us.


The function works closely with other parts of the organization, both in Group Digital & IT and Group Functions. We foster an environment where all ideas, thoughts and viewpoints are welcomed. We are team players with clear common ambitions, and we win together.


Your role as Change Manager


We are looking for our next piece of the puzzle to the team. In your role as Change Manager, your main goal will be to work on planning and executing the required activities for the North Star execution program. You will perform the PROSCI analysis to validate and update the ongoing change management strategy, depending on the findings. You will participate in the preparation and organization of live events around the ongoing transformation. For you to succeed in this you will be a part of and collaborate with the network of change managers working on related assignments. Another important task is to support with coordination activities and assist with visual materials whenever needed.


Your background


For you to succeed in this role we expect you to have a solid background as a Change Manager/ Digital Consultant, preferably with experience from a transformational journey. You are certified in PROSCI and experienced in ADKAR models. In addition to this you should be an experienced user with Microsoft technologies such as Office365, Sharepoint, Excel and so on.


As a person we believe that you are someone who builds trust and engagement with ease. You work in a systematic and structured way to execute the change management roadmap and are not afraid to reach out to key individuals to make this happen. You feel comfortable with managing complex requirements and discussing priorities, plans and execution with senior management. The way you work is built upon a creative and autonomous structure, to constantly challenge yourself and improve the output of your work.
