Job Description:
As a Change Manager at Solita, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the process of implementing data-driven business solutions & services combining design, data & tech-competences. You are an agile coach who will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the necessary organizational changes required for successful adoption and utilization of these platforms. Your expertise in change management, communication, project management, agile coaching and business transformation will be essential in ensuring our clients achieve their data-driven goals.


Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring alignment with their data platform objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders, assess their needs, and engage them to gain their support for the change initiatives. Maintain clear lines of communication with all stakeholders throughout the change process.
Change Planning and Implementation: Develop detailed change plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and any necessary resources, to support the adoption of data platform solutions.
Communication: Create and deliver effective communication plans to inform and educate employees about upcoming changes, emphasizing the benefits and the reasons for the changes.
Training and Development: Design and implement training programs for employees to equip them with the skills and knowledge required to effectively use data platforms. Ensure ongoing learning and support.
Change Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor the progress of change initiatives, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed. Measure the success and impact of change efforts against predefined KPIs.
Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks or resistance to change and proactively address them to minimize disruptions to the implementation process.
Documentation: Maintain clear records of change management processes, including documentation of plans, progress reports, and any issues encountered and resolved.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in change management and agile coaching, ideally within the data platform or technology consulting industry.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan and execute change initiatives on schedule and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
Familiarity with data platforms, management, and analytics tools is advantageous.
Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving consultancy environment.
Fluent in business & management English.
