In Portfolio & Supply enablement organization we proactively drive product/portfolio lifecycle management and supply chains optimizing profitability, quality, and lead time to fulfil business and customer needs. We are an organization with supply chain design, supply product management, and master data responsibility in Group Supply.
We are now searching for an experienced change leader to join Business Development team, and carry out strategic projects, assignments and drive other key improvement activities, making sure to deliver results according to requested assignments and realize business value.ing reason for the candidate to want this role and work at Ericsson
What you will do
Build, lead and coach the project teams to ensure effective, high-quality execution of the assignment, project or program through the management of the timeline, budget, scope, risks and dependencies during planning, execution and conclusion of the project
Manage governance, collaboration, communication, reporting and coordination of activities and adjusts against constantly evolving scope and business requirements.
Drive studies to identify and synthesize decision inputs and recommend most impactful solution, project scope or execution strategy.

You will bring
Proven experience of Supply Chain along with understanding of Product Lifecycle Management, and E2E processes.
Demonstrated ability from leading people, planning, organizing, delivering results, according to project management methodology.
Experience in strategy development and deployment, strategic analysis, change and improvement management
Experience from interaction with senior management stakeholders
Great at establishing relationships and networking
Persuading & Influencing skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
