Idag finns Randstad i tjugo länder med över 2.500 lokal avdelningar i Europa, Nordamerika och Asien.På Randstad har vi specialiserat oss på att hjälpa företag med kompetent personal inom Administration, Kontor, Ekonomi, Finans, Teknik, IT, Produktion & Lager.Med ca 700 medarbetare i Stockholm, Göteborg, Nyköping, Norrköping och Västerås är vi idag ett av landets ledande bemanningsföretag.Varje dag går runt 325.000 Randstad-medarbetare ut och jobbar hos våra kunder, inom alla tänkbara branscher.Det gör Randstad till ett av de största bemanningsföretagen i världen.Randstad Sverige är medlem i Svenskt Näringsliv och är auktoriserat av Bemanningsföretagen, som ingår i Almega.On behalf of our client we are looking for a Change Supervisor..[Our client is a market leading company with a multi[Billion Dollar revenue.[The Change Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating and supervising the progress and implementation of a given change[Your main responsibilities as a Change Supervisor will involve:[ * Advises and supports the Change Manager; * Acting as lead planner - assigned according to the works on the planning side to prepare a successful implementation of a change. * Accuracy and completeness of change documentation for a given change, including change description, change classification, implementation plan, assessment/pre-plan, risk/benefits comments, test plan, backout plan, communication plan, billing requirements and change schedule & resourcing information. * Leading and coordinating the deployment of the change.Including resource planning, scheduling, build & test, release to production and monitoring. * Take part in the change review and definition of follow-up actions and close successful changes. * Manages low impact issues or issues delegated from the Change Manager * Alerts the Change Manager if low impact issues cannot be resolved without assistance from the Change Manager(s); * Enforces standards and procedures; * Ensures the closure of the Request For Change; * Screens RFC for urgency, impact, and type; * Ensures RFCs are complete with appropriate authorization; * Participates in Change Management process review and evaluation [[Your skills and qualifications as a Change Supervisor will ideally include:[ * Strong IT skills, experience and qualifications * Analytic skills * Specific component level expertise and technical skills
