Your previous experience has given you a solid understanding of business drivers for distributors and system builders, preferably in the Food industry.
About the Position
Our channel business in the Food and Pharma markets represents one of the most exciting opportunities for growth, and as our business expands, so does our team. We're offering a chance to be part of our journey.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving and supporting the channel business for Food Heat Transfer, collaborating closely with our colleagues in sales teams around the world. Although we work with several different types of heat exchangers in multiple markets, your primary focus will be on Plate Heat Exchangers in the dairy, brewery, prepared food, and beverages industries.
Working with distributors and system builders has its unique traits. Much of the value we bring to these customers reach beyond the hardware. A big part of your contribution to our business is about working with these values, making it easy and attractive to work with the Food Heat Transfer portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Drive and follow up business and action plans with Sales Companies to develop channel business.
Coach and support Sales Companies around the world in their work with established and new channels.
Collaborate with other stakeholders to continue evolving and implementing channel programs.
Secure commitment from internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of plans.
What you know?
A proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of success in channel business development within technical B2B sales.
Experience from an international business environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
An understanding of Plate Heat Exchangers, including design and configuration, and an awareness of their potential value in various processes— a significant advantage.
This position will be based either in Lund (Sweden), Søborg or Kolding (Denmark). We expect travel days to be approximately 60-70 days a year.
