Channel Marketing and Operation Manager (consultant position)

Job description:

Marketing: Marketing activities with/through partners or Huawei direct to increase brand awareness of digital power product, including concept creation, activities planning, budget management and activity implementation, such responsibility is aiming to support our business goal in Nordic and Baltic countries

Delivery: Goal is to ensure the smooth delivery of orders to satisfy our partners and customers business needs, to achieve our sales revenue target. Good coordination with other departments inside Huawei and externally with partner and customers to achieve this goal

Training: To enable our partners when it comes to their sales/service/marketing capabilities, such enablement will help our partners to gain more Huawei market share and achieve Huawei’s business and sales goal. Responsibility including training needs identification, training planning and implementation, partner’s certification acquisition

Sales support: Sales meeting organization, forecast and sales report etc.



Qualifications:

- Fluent in Chinese and English is mandatory
- Swedish language knowledge is an advantage

- Great attitude of team work and cooperation, willing and brave to take on challenges
- Open mind to new things, fast learner, creative and highly responsible to job areas
- Good at work planning and strong ability and execution
