We are currently looking for a Channel Marketing Lead to an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a 6 months contract starting as soon as possible with a possibility for an extension.

As a Channel Marketing Lead, you will have an integral part in ensuring we stay on top of the market and continue to enrich and simplify the customers´ lives.

About the role:

Samsung is now looking for a Parental cover for Channel Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team based in our Norwegian Office in Oslo. You will work closely together with the marketing team locally and in the Nordics as well as the key account managers to assist our channel partners in every marketing related aspect and making sure that Samsungs brand presence and all campaigns are executed optimally.

Key Accountabilities:

• Represent Samsung marketing interests
• Manage and assist MX customers together with Key Account Managers
• Negotiate, plan, execute and optimize marketing plans with MX customers to maximize visibility, sales and deliver growth of in-house share
• Integrate, implement and engage Samsung and our offers in every Customer > Shopper touch point: in-store, Online, Offline
• Coordinate ongoing brand and marketing activities.

Suitable Background:

• 1-2 years´ experience within Customer/Channel Marketing is an advantage but not mandatory
• University degree within marketing and communications is preferred
• Previous experience from consumer electronics business is an advantage but not mandatory
• Media and customer campaign planning experience as well as insight into local media landscape is an advantage
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory

In the role, it is important that you are a business oriented doer with both structured and analytical mindset as well as good social skills. You understand the big picture but also have attention to detail. You are creative in problem-solving and marketing and are able to manage multiple priorities and very short deadlines.
