Job Description

To sustain our growth plans, we are looking for someone to strengthen our Channel Marketing team. The role sits in our Brand & Marketing Organization, your main responsibilities will include translating the Brand & Marketing vision into an actionable strategy for Monki’s most profitable channels. You will also be responsible for the overall global channel strategy which includes initiating, leading, and producing projects to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Responsible for Monki’s 2022 growth goals for channels; impressions, reach and engagement.
Responsible for and leading a team of channel experts with different expertise as well as a proven track record in building, growing, and maintaining channels with the relevant internal teams
Develop and ideate unique, engaging social story angles to develop innovative custom content that breaks through the social clutter and supports the reach of Monki.
Define KPIs and implement systems for measuring success with partnership performance and measure the success of brand partnership marketing activities and analyze data from various channel owners on category performance, sales and etc.
Collaborate with external-, internal stakeholders and partners
Set goals, manage, follow up on key information and budget-related questions with all relevant stakeholders.

We would love to meet someone who:
You have an education within Consumer experience, Communication or Brand Marketing
You have at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar Global position.
Experience in social media and channel right strategic content creation is a must. Experience in affiliate marketing and wholesale account marketing is a plus.
You have great commercial insight, good analytical skills and are able to set KPI’s for your projects.
Experience in working with local marketing teams
Always up to date for what is trending in fashion, culture & lifestyle on a global and regional level



Additional information
You will be leading a team, part of the Brand & Marketing Mid Management team and reporting into the Head of Brand and Marketing.
