Channel Specialist

Arbetsbeskrivning

Within the Sandvik Group, our communication team ensures that goals and business initiatives are anchored in the organization; collaboration with colleagues across the world is crucial to ensure that we speak with one voice. We balance internal and external communication, mobilize many functions to spread the right message, and value communication as a powerful tool for the organization to become more efficient.

Our Corporate Communications Relations and Productions team is now looking for a curious, inquisitive and analytical Channel Specialist; someone who thrives from enabling and contributing to our branding processes and world-class communication. Welcome to a dynamic organization, where we believe that innovation comes with creativity and are not afraid to challenge old ways of doing things.

This position is temporary for one year and the location is Sandviken.

Job Summary
As Channel Specialist, you manage all content for Sandvik Group's digital channels and ensure commitment, a strong brand and excellent reputation by producing high-quality and well-targeted content. You publish content on the intranet, external website and in social media channels, coordinate copywriting and graphic design assignments and produce both written and graphic messages. You are an important part of our creative processes, whereby we identify and implement great content, combined with the use of ideal media channels. Your work is performed in close collaboration with another Channel Specialist and our Group Communications team, and your stakeholders are spread all over Sandvik's different functions and business areas globally.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in Marketing or Communications, or who has similar knowledge gained from previous work assignments. You have extensive experience from working with both verbal and written communication and digital channels. Previous work experience from international industrial companies is advantageous. You are a skilled user in tools used for web publishing and image editing, such as Episerver, SharePoint and Photoshop. As we operate in a truly global setting with local presence, you communicate fluently and express yourself well in both English and Swedish.

We are sincerely interested in your passion and personality, shown by your talent for identifying possible large scale improvements and new solutions, while still remaining attentive to the minor details. You are strategic and plan your assignments in a structured manner, always aware of the importance of delivering high-quality content on time. Furthermore, you are an excellent coordinator, who uses your broad communication skills to build strong and trustworthy networks and involve stakeholders in your work. Finally, we value your profound interest for monitoring internal and external media channels and the development of Sandvik's digital presence.
