We are now looking for a Chapter Leader - Energy
YOUR TEAM
As Chapter Leader - Energy, You will be one of the leaders within the Electrical & Electronics HW Tribe, joining a creative and inspiring team that like to take on challenges and find new ways to work and improve, while developing state of the art systems for Energy Storage, Energy Conversion & Charging.
We are in an early phase of building our organization while we are developing our first commercial Mobility Service which means that You will also be working “hands on” developing technical solutions in parallel with managing the line organization and growing the team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with securing resources and help develop needed processes, methods and plans for the Energy area.
- Responsible for budget, forecast, recruitment, and competence development for your team.
- Plan long-term technical strategies for the Energy area and support your team on technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmap for the Energy area, including leading development of new technical solutions.
- Build synergies and cooperation with other organizational entities, both within and outside NEVS.
- Mentor and encourage the Chapter members in their development.
- Take active part in NEVS cooperation with universities, research-institutes, and other external partners
WHO YOU ARE
- A passionate leader seeing servant leadership as the road to success.
- Effectively achieved a Bachelor of Science or higher degree within applicable area.
- Experience from automotive development in the Energy area. (E.g. REESS, BMS, DC/DC conversion, Charging systems)
- Experience from developing processes and tools in the Energy Area
- A good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful
- Ability to share knowledge and expertise to colleagues, as well as learn from others.
- You believe in our future products, fostering an innovative culture
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 or similar safety standards.
- Can legally drive vehicle in Sweden
