Arbetsbeskrivning
As a Character Artist at Arrowhead you are involved in the process of taking both playable and non-playable characters and character assets from early stages of development, sometimes without concepts, through proofing, mock-up and to game ready levels. The main focus is everything from organic to hard surface characters such as creatures, humanoids and robots.
You’re more than just a content creator: At Arrowhead you have a lot of freedom, autonomy and the opportunity to develop your skills in a direction you help decide. Of course you also co-op closely with the studio's producer, art director, and game director to help make our game vision a reality!
Your contribution
As a Character Artist, your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Create game ready characters and assets for both playable and non playable characters;
- Co-op and proof character designs with concept artists and animators;
- Co-op with feature team to test and feedback on designs and features;
- Participate in sprint meetings to set up realistic completion timelines.
- Help with feedback on created assets both internally and from outsourcers
At Arrowhead each team member has an important influence on the game and is involved in the decision-making process. We offer a motivating and creative environment where small groups work independently and in cross-disciplinary feature teams.
