We are now looking for two Check-in assistants to join our Norvik port organization.
What will you do?
As an employee of Check-in, you are an important part of the guest's first impression before their trip with us, and the face of Stena Line. Here you get to work with guest service in several different ways. Your task is to make each guest feel welcome and ensure that they get a fantastic start to their journey. The role means that you will work with our guests in both our Check-in departments, Freight and Travel.
Some of your tasks:
- Check-in administration of arriving passengers
- Check-in of incoming freight / truck vehicles / drivers
- Manage admissions for leaving / picking up loose trailers
- Manage transhipments
- Booking management
- Communication with ships / stevedore / customers
- Agent support for ships
- General communication telephone / email
Who are you?

The must-haves:
- Has at least a high school diploma
- Is at least 20 years old
- Has at least one year of total work experience from service profession, logistics, transport
- Has good verbal and written knowledge of Swedish and English
- have personal car (no public transport available) 4,5km from train or bus station
- live in Nynäshamn or close to Nynäshamn
If you have additional language skills, this is an advantage!
Interested?
There are two temporary positions with placement at Norvik port. One is between September 2021 - Mars 2022, and the other position is between September 2021 - December 2021 with the possibility of extension. The work involves working in shifts and is distributed on all days of the week. You are welcome to submit your application as soon as possible, but no later than 2021-08-15.
