Check-in Assistant – Norvik
Are you the service minded team-player we´ve been looking for? Welcome with your application! We are now looking for a Check-in assistant to join our Norvik port organization.

As a Check-in Assistant, you are an important part of our guest's first impression when traveling with us, and the face of Stena Line. Your main task is to make each guest feel welcome, ensuring they get a fantastic and easy start to their journey. You will work with our guests in both our Check-in departments, Freight, and Travel.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Check-in administration of arriving passengers
- Check-in of incoming freight / truck vehicles / drivers
- Manage admissions for leaving / picking up loose trailers
- Manage transshipments
- Booking management
- Communication with ships / stevedore / customers
- Agent support for ships
- General communication telephone / email

Qualifications:
-  High school diploma
- At least 20 years old
- At least one year of total work experience from a service profession, or within logistics, transport
- Good verbal and written knowledge of Swedish and English
- Have a personal car (no public transport is available) the closest train or bus station is 4,5 km away.

If you have additional language skills, this is an advantage!

This is a full-time position from January 2023 with placement at Norvik port. The work involves working in shifts and is distributed on all days of the week.
