Our client is opening a Michelin-starred Jason Athenrton´s restaurant, the first in the the Mediterranean.
This is a great opportunity if you are a motivated professional and are looking for a valuable experience in the F&B industry.
As the Chef Assistant you will be working close to the Chef and the Souschef and re-creating their food creations according to their exact requirements.
You need to be flexible and willing to learn, listen and execute the Chefs direct orders. As the Chef Assistant you will also have a duty to maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen.
