Here at munken we are looking to bring a talented chef de partie into the fold.

We have the perfect ingredients to make this the best restaurant in western Norway. We will be working towards a Michelin star and applicants will need to have experience from working in high end restaurants, preferably in Michelin-starred kitchens.

You will need to be hard working, ambitious and motivated.

The salary is dependent on experience. The minimum annual salary will be 387,000 + overtime and tips. Tips will be in the range between 45,000 to 80,000 per annum. A good candidate will realistically earn north of 500,000 per year.

Munken er en fine dining-restaurant i Bergen sentrum. Kjøkkenet vårt kan karakteriseres som nordisk-peruansk fusjon. Det meste er lov egentlig.

Vi serverer 7-retters smaksmenyer og bytter menyen hver måned.
