Would suit strong Chef de Partie from minimum 3 AA Rosette background Live in available Supervisory post, involving mainly staters and main courses with the chance of progression with employee loyalty. Beautiful location not far from market town of Dorchester and 1/2 hour from the sea side! Live in provided on site, (Purpose built staff block with TV in each room, staff canteen use of spa faciities)
