Chef de Rang

On behalf of one of our clients we are now looking for a Chef de Rang onboard a Cruise Ship.
Arbetsuppgifter/Job description:
-Responsible for professional food and beverage service in the
restaurant

-Co-responsible for mise-en-place per instructions of the Head
Waiter

-Daily settlement of accounts

-Assist in loading goods

-Co-responsible for cleanliness in restaurant area

Krav/Essential requirements:
-Secondary School education as a Chef de Rang

-Fluent in German and English

-At least 2 years of experience as a chef de rang in a highly rated
hotel or restaurant

-Customer-oriented

-at least 20 years old
