Chef to fantastic Smögens Hafvsbad

Smögens Hafvsbad is a four-star hotel located on the island Smögen in Bohuslän on the Swedish west coast. 1 hour and 40 minutes from Gothenburg. The hotel has 76 rooms and 8 conference rooms situated over two hotel buildings. We offer a wide range of spa treatments, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and large conference facility as well as an à la carte restaurant specializing in the delicacies of the sea.
Smögens Hafvsbad is included, together with the sister hotel Vann Spa Hotel Konferens in Lysekil, in Meholmen Hotel AB. Our owner, Aspelin Ramm, is responsible for solvent ownership and a good personnel policy.

Are you one of our new stars! We are looking for chefs for our kitchen: passionate and professional people with guest service behind them who have a passionate interest in food. You are stress-resistant, work well with your colleagues and strive to develop and maintain the quality of each guest's experience. You are close to laughter and joy, are devoted and genuinely interested in cooking. Our philosophy is to work with food prepared from scratch that is seasonally adapted and locally produced. We can offer you an energetic and eventful workplace. The work takes place daytime and on evenings and weekends.

We are happy to see that you have completed an education in cooking and have at least three years' experience. It is an advantage to have documented experience in an à la carte restaurant / bakery. We also place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Terms, Part-time / Full-time. We are looking for chefs to work with us during the summer with the possibility to continue in the fall and winter. Salary depending on experience
