In Trysil, we have the privilege of operating two hotels - Radisson Blu and SkiStar Lodge. Our hotels are located in the heart of the mountain world, and within our walls, several restaurants offer everything for both adults and children. We strive to surprise our guests and provide them with an amazing experience whether they come for a quick lunch, a coffee in our café, an à la carte dinner, or a visit to our bar.
We are now looking for committed and driven chefs for our hotel restaurants. These roles involve work during both day and evening hours.
Main responsibilities and tasks
As an à la carte chef, you will work at one of the stations in the kitchen alongside your colleagues. You are responsible for cooking food according to guests' orders and preparing and cooking food from scratch. Your tasks also include preparations and operation during larger events and arrangements. The work as a chef also involves following daily routines to ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and that hygiene standards are met.
- Prepare food of the highest quality and standard.
- Be responsible for own workstation in the kitchen.
- Daily MEP lists.
- HACCP.

Skills requirements
- Relevant education and training. - Work experience from similar roles. - English and/or Scandinavian speaking. - Permission to work in Norway
Employment period
Seasonal employment from December to April.
Working hours
20-35,5 hours per week, varying working hours on both weekdays and weekends.
