If the taste buds could sing, we probably would have had a concert down here in the harbor. For us, food is something very special and fantastic. With fresh ingredients in combination with creative chefs, we promise tasting experiences that you will not soon forget.
Kårehamns Fisk & Havskök is a restaurant that offers Öland's largest fish and seafood assortment and it is run by Tomas and Eva Isaksson.
With great dedication and wonderfully competent Chefs, Kårehamns Fisk & Havskök serve home-made dishes carefully prepared in the sea kitchen. This is a place where everyone is welcome to enjoy the fantastic tasting experiences as well as the wonderful sea view around.
We are now looking for two experienced Chefs/Sous Chefs for the summer 2020.
Requirements
We are looking for Chefs/Sous Chefs with a restaurant training and at least three years experience in fish and seafood restaurant.
Our restaurant has a very good reputation and is well visited. During the summer, we can serve up to 700 dishes a day. It is therefore important that you are used to work in high tempo, are well organized and also are a good team player. The position requires you to speak English fluently.
At Kårehamns Fisk och Havskök we give you the possibility to work in a modern and inspiring environment but also the opportunity to develop as a Chef or Sous Chef.
Working Hours: full time job meaning 40 hours a week
Start: 1st Maj to 30th September
Salary: We offer competitive salary that are higher than the Swedish General Agreement on wages. Besides your salary, we also pay supplementary allowance for inconvenient and extra working hours.
