As a Chemical Advisor you will work in a small team within our global business line Health, Environment & Regulatory Services (HERS). This team are experts on regulatory support and help customers in Sweden and the rest of the world to ensure their products are produced efficiently and in compliance to chemical regulatory standards.

The role

In this role you will be supporting clients with regulatory and chemical support according to the European and Global legislation, which means that you will work with both Swedish and international clients. You will strategically plan and implement the requirements and support with sustainable solutions regarding the use chemical substances in various products. Apart from supporting clients you will also be working on actively expanding our consulting services with our existing clients. In addition, you will also get the opportunity to hold training sessions within the chemical field.

Who are you?

• You have a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, toxicology or equivalent
• Knowledge about REACH, CLP, Biocides, Health and Safety, RoHS, Sustainability, AFS and other regulations connected to the use chemicals or restricted substances in articles
• You are fluent in English and Swedish written and spoken, other languages are desirable
• You are service minded, flexible and communicative

You have a background as a Chemist, Toxicologist or similar and have experience from strategic planning regarding chemical management in general. You have worked with risk assessment and exposure of chemical substances. Working in a team is something you enjoy but you can also handle your own projects. You enjoy communicating with and help clients and you are a business minded person.
