Chemical Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Chemical Engineer.
You will be a part of a scrum team and be involved in the design, development, testing and validation of the packaging solutions and material.
To fit this role, you have an MSc or higher in Chemicals. You must deeply understand and be interested in polymer properties and molecular interactions. More junior consultants with high ambition and a will to grow with the task are welcome to apply.
The daily work will include the following:
Package material development activities
Package material and food interaction activities
Test, verification, and validation of above
Deriving technical requirements from functional demands
Characterizing package material properties and related method development
Drive minor activities
Contribute to new development and conceptual development
Interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including supplier
Presentation and documentation of work

Required skills:
Chemical degree MSc or higher.
Knowledge of paperboard properties.
Knowledge of food chemistry and physical properties
Knowledge of method development
Strong personal drive and integrity
Good ability to work in teams (information sharing, communication)
Stakeholder management (information sharing, communication, negotiation)
Ability to share results in, e.g., presentation format and written documentation.
