Ejendals specializes in developing and manufacturing quality products that protect hands and feet. Our products are marketed under the brands TEGERA® (gloves) and JALAS® (shoes). Ejendals has its own factory in Finland and a long-term cooperation with some selected factories in Asia.

Main tasks
We are now looking for a Chemical Specialist that will improve, develop and launch solutions and secure that Ejendals have chemical performance data for our gloves according to customer requests as well as support product offers according to plan. You will act as the Chemical Specialist in product development projects, which support markets by developing products in a fast and effective way and create stability and trust with key stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities:
Ensure that Ejendals have an updating system (CSG and CRG) to handle internal and external test data about product characteristics for chemical protection gloves
Support sales organization and customer with chemical performance data and glove recommendations upon request.
Support to educate internally and externally partners in chemical protection and usages of chemicals
Responsibility to configurate and describe project scope and definition based on input the organizations and business case
Responsibility to facilitate project reviews, decision making and follow-ups in an effective and cross-functional way
Active problem solving in case of project deviations


You will be a part of the Product Line Gloves team and report to our Team Manager.
Traveling will be necessary.

Education and Experience
As our Chemical Specialist, we think you have relevant University degree or long experience from a similar field. You have good knowledge of different chemicals and usage of these chemicals. You have good knowledge of project management, project development processes, methods and tools. To be able to present your analysis in an understandable and constructive way you need to have good communication skills. To be successful in this role we think you need to have coordination, organization and prioritizing skills. Most important, you are a motivating team member and partake in supporting development as well as acting in a competence and knowledge sharing culture.
You are fluent in English and Swedish, preferable other languages and compliant to MS Office 365.
