Job Description
We’re looking for a Chemist Assistant to join our & Other Stories Beauty team.
The Chemist Assistant is responsible to actively assist the chemist in ensuring product compliance of the Beauty assortment omni and on all markets.
What you’ll do
As Chemist Assistant you are responsible for (OMNI):
• Document review, ingredient– and product reporting.
• Provide Compliance Department with documentation and information for annual reporting of Alcohol denat., Nano, Chemical product and Authority reporting for all relevant markets
• Collect and handle MSDS
• Follow-up on quality process
• Update info files and fill in new information
• Review of artworks
• Keep the section’s vision and goals in focus
• Understand how the concept’s costumer is affected by trends and research
• Understand the major product types that will drive sales per department
Qualifications
We’d love to meet someone who has
• A good understanding of Chemistry. Preferably University degree with at least 3 years of education in Organic/Pharmaceutical/Analytical/Medicinal Chemistry
• Good organizational skills to manage the documentation material and information processes
• Excellent communication skills, also fluent in English
• Time management and analytical skills
