Chemist/Chemical Engineer R&D
Location: Västerhaninge

Your areas of responsibility:

- Play a vital role in driving product development projects, product modifications, administrate product formulations and contribute to the profitability and competitiveness of our product portfolio.
- Planning and execution of product development initiatives in collaboration with product management.,
- Giving advice and suggest resolutions to issues within product quality in relation to application or production, evaluation of new or alternative raw materials as examples.
- Build and leverage internal networks within FUCHS
- Participate in external technical forums to expand your knowledge base
- Provide essential product support to customers

Qualifications we are looking for:
- University degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
- Several years of experience in a relevant industry or role
- A deep interest in chemistry and curiosity how industrial lubricants are used by our customers.
- Good knowledge and understanding of customer needs
- Previous experience in product development of industrial chemical products is valuable
- The ability to make prioritizations and resolve issues effectively and with clarity.
- Since the role involves close collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders, you are comfortable reaching out to other people and can quickly build a network of personal relations.
- a strong inner drive to achieve goals, and drive projects and tasks to completion according to plan.
- This role requires that you speak and write English and Swedish fluently.
