Job Title: Chettinad Cuisine Cook


Location: The South Indian, Radmansgatan 52, Stockholm, Sweden

Responsibilities:


Prepare and cook traditional Chettinad dishes, ensuring that the flavor and presentation meet high standards.
Understand and apply traditional Chettinad cooking techniques, using a variety of spices and ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Work closely with the kitchen team and coordinate with the front-of-house staff.
Continuously research and innovate, bringing new Chettinad dishes to the menu.
Train junior kitchen staff in Chettinad cooking techniques.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of kitchen inventory.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:


Proven experience as a cook specializing in Chettinad cuisine.
Knowledge of traditional Chettinad recipes and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.
Culinary school diploma or relevant training is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
