We are now recruiting a Chief Accountant Sweden to our Scandinavian Shared Service Center based in Stockholm, Täby Din utmaning: Responsible for the two Swedish legal entities.Ensuring efficient, timely and accurate accounting and reporting according to both internal (Group) and external (statutory) requirements Manage the Swedish accounting team, with staff responsibility of 4 people Compliance management of Internal Control/SOX within Sweden Act as a Finance leader in the Scandinavian organization and be the expert of local and group rules and regulations within accounting, tax and payroll Drive the development of the Scandinavian Shared Service Center Manage the office administration team and budget Din bakgrund: University degree in Finance, 4-6 years auditing combined with 2-5 years of experience from a multinational company. Certification in accounting desirable.Business controlling experience beneficial. Gets energy from working in a dynamic environment and has a natural willingness to drive process improvements, analyze situations and propose alternative solutions to meet overall business objectives. Excellent understanding and ability with ERP systems (SAP R/3), as well as relevant financial sub-systems and tools.
