About the role

We’re now looking for a Chief Accountant to join our Finance department. As Chief Accountant you will be responsible for accounting and involved in other financial processes as financial statements, budget work, VAT and audits. Our HR department handles payroll management, but you will be working closely with them and, if needed, be their backup resource in payroll.

You will be a part of a team that consists of a Finance Manager, to whom you will report to, and two Finance Assistants. You will also be having a close collaboration with our Global Finance Team and of course other departments at Habia.

Requirements

- A few years work experience in similar role preferably within the industrial sector.
- An academic degree in economics or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way.
- Payroll experience.
- Skills in Swedish and English.
- You have previously worked in one or several of the markets established business systems.
- We work in following systems: IFS and Hogia. Experience of them is qualifying.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.

Access by agreement, but we're aiming for having you with us in early fall. This is a full-time role. Location: Söderfors.
