Chief Accountant

We are looking for a Chief accountant, due to maternity leave.Main focus for this position is to drive the financial accounting and reporting for Tetra Pak Technical Service AB, Lund.Important is also to secure process efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.

There is an opportunity for development, during this period of time, to cover for the Finance Manager during his 6 months of paternity leave (March-Sept 2010).

Finance is the back-bone of company administration and we are working with a wide spectrum of people.We support all Tetra Pak Technical Service AB 400 employees with travel reports, accounting, payments, ad hoc analysis etc.We are in daily contact with our suppliers and customers, internal as well as external.We are also in charge of meeting up with legal requirements and managing all reporting related to Spare Part, Service and expenses within given deadlines.Since Oct 2008 we are outsourcing PTP, RTR and OTC processes to external parties in Poland and China.

The department currently consists of 7 individuals.

Main responsibilities in this position will be:

- Book closing
- Reporting
- Analysis
- PTP queries
- Backup for VAT, fixed assets and stock accounting

Kvalifikationer

When working within Finance you need to be able to provide qualitative work despite of tight dead lines so the person we are looking for is result oriented, analytical and work in a structured way.You also need to have strong communication skills.

To manage this position we believe that you possess a University degree in Business Administration, preferably in Accounting, You have at least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably from a large international company.You are familiar with SAP R/3 and have good knowledge in Excel and have a genuine interest in IT-systems.The organization is global and good knowledge in both written and oral Swedish and English is required.
