Job description
As our Chief Accountant you will belong to a Finance team of in total six co-workers. Your role will include overall responsibility for the accounting of all legal entities. Main tasks are to ensure correct financial management and that deadlines are met, consolidation, reporting and to prepare the annual report in dialogue with our auditors. Other responsibilities include Compliance, development of processes and policies and reporting to authorities. As Chief Accountant you will have a senior role in accounting and support our Accountants for whom you will be functionally responsible for. You will also work closely together with our Business Controllers and our CFO as well as our financial partners in our subsidiaries.

Our office is located in nice premises in Gårda. We will, also after the pandemic, be flexible in where we work. Our employees will alternate between working from home and in the office.

Your profile
We are looking for a person with several years of relevant work experience, you probably have a background as an Accounting Manager. You are used to working with qualified accounting including annual reports. It is likely that you have a post-secondary education in Business Administration. As English is our company language, it is necessary that you master both English and Swedish. You are an experienced user of Excel and if you have experience of K3 and IFRS or have worked in an SAP environment it is meritorious. A background in Automotive or from a software manufacturing company is also a plus.

As a person, you are thorough and structured and used to working towards deadlines. You are easy to work with and see yourself as a positive team-player at the same time as you are a confident person with integrity who can speak up when needed. Furthermore, you are flexible, open and adaptable and find it easy to adjust to changing conditions.
