As CCO, you will serve as a key member of our Executive Committee, working collaboratively to champion our vision, mission, and values while embodying the leadership qualities that make SSC a trusted and innovative organization.  

In this role, you will shape and drive the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring the achievement of ambitious financial and strategic objectives.

YOUR ROLE  

As the CCO, you will lead with strategic vision and operational excellence across multiple commercial domains.  
Your key responsibilities include: 


• Shape and execute a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and sustainability. 


• Enhance sales performance, integrate service offerings, and oversee marketing initiatives to identify growth opportunities. 


• Optimize commercial agreements and develop competitive, profitable pricing strategies. 


• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 


• Lead diverse teams and align divisional and group functions for optimal governance and structure. 


• Monitor sales and commercial performance, presenting insights to the Executive Committee and Board.   

 

WHO YOU ARE  

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader who meets the following criteria: 


• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.  


• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, or business development. 


• Proven success in driving commercial growth, preferably in the space or a related industry. 


• Deep understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management. 


• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus. 


• Strategic thinker with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset. 


• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiations. 


• Inspirational leader who fosters collaboration and high performance in teams.

LOCATION  

This is a permanent position, located at SSC’s headquarters in Solna or Kiruna/Esrange.
