Your profile
* You have a deep technical knowledge within your specific technical area
* Knowledge and understanding of industry standards, like API, EN, ASME, Norsok or others, and their impact on package design and layout as well as product costing (depending on technical area)
* Experience with applying standards for structural steel design or pipe design standards to our gas turbine package and experience of structural analysis.
* As a person, you are structured, accurate and quality-conscious
* You thrive to developing others

Your responsibilitites
* Participate in technical design reviews in order engineering projects as well as development projects
* Coordinate and support engineers in their daily work
* Support sales projects with cost, technical solutions, and lead time
* Build a good collaboration and understanding between our interfaces
* Give feedback to responsible for standard about errors and improvements
* Together with line manager develop the department and the resources from a technical perspective

We are searching for two chief/lead engineers in two different technical areas, pipe installation and structure installation (for example Base frame, platforms, heavy lifts)
