Grafana Labs is the company behind leading open source projects such as Grafana and Loki, and the creator of the first open and composable observability platform. Grafana is the most popular visualization software in the world and has over 600,000 active instances with millions of end users. The company’s commercial products include Grafana Enterprise, Grafana Cloud, and Grafana Metrics Enterprise.


The Chief Executive Officer will report to our Board of Directors and the key success factors/responsibilities include:
- Leading Grafana’s strategy; from a high level, prioritize initiatives and provide insightful and trusted counsel to the Board and Executive team on both financial, commercial and product based business issues related to the overall performance of the company.
- Help to define organizational priorities in support of financial goals, set expectations related to those goals, and propose a strong vision and implementation plan for the continued health and growth of the organization.
- Provide expertise in setting direction in all phases of the organizational and talent life cycle, including a proven track record building systems and culture to enable scalability.
- Participate in cross-company evaluations of strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities for growth; define and measure ROI for strategic investments.
- Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of your team members.
- Communicate the company’s strategy, performance, and vision to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
