The company has an immediate opening for a CEO. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic and authentic leadership by working with the relevant Divisions and Directors along with the Senior Management Team to establish and implement long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders providing data and relevant business information.
- Provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values are embedded.
- Ensure on-going development and implementation of a long-term and short-term business strategy which ensures the continuing development of the company. Analyze the impact of long-range growth initiatives and introduction of new technology and innovative solutions.
- Drive, support and embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Evaluate financial, operational, technical, and marketing structures to plan for a continual increase of operating efficiencies. Ensure financial goals are met by pursing all available funding sources.
- Be a liaison with organizations important to the achievement of company goals.
- Maintaining an open-door policy whereby employees feel comfortable being able to approach the CEO; create opportunities for employees to communicate with the CEO, express new ideas and discuss their own personal thoughts and concerns.
- Empower Senior Management and employees to lead their departments and functions effectively and efficiently; encourage Senior Management and employees to work together and across all functions of the organization; provide an environment where managers from each department are encouraged to work together and present directly to executive leadership.
- Understand the interest of local community, business and current economic. Promotes the needs of the company and local governments.
- Supervise, approve goals, monitor progress, and evaluate the Senior Management staff.
- Mentor team members to foster growth and encourage development.
- Approve salary ranges and pay levels of the Senior Management staff.
- Participates in the company community
- Represent the company at organizational meetings.
EXPERIENCE
- Ten (10) years of senior and executive management experience.
- Leading organizations
- Managing and coordinating product, operations, and growth
- Financial, operational, technical, and marketing requirements.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, law, accounting, budgeting, management, or related field.
Any combination of experience, training and/or education that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may substitute for the required education.
